Region Transfer issues with currencies not showing up as payment option!

Hi guys! 

So I am having issues with region transfer on Xbox Live and have an urgent question. So I moved my region from Germany to GB (or United Kingdom) and also purchased 10₤ for Xbox Live. But when I log on the Xbox 360, I still have to purchase DLCs, Games and so on in Euros, which shouldn't be happening. My Xbox Live Gold subscription is registered in GB and the 10₤ are also valid, but it doesn't show up on the payment options when I try to buy stuff in the Xbox Live Marketplace.

when you change region, the money in your account is void, idk if there is a way to reverse it...
