Region Problem

Some time ago, I changed the region of my Xbox LIVE account ... but as I am distracted moved to the wrong region, so I called the support and even told me 
I would have to wait three months to change the region again.

If I'm not mistaken passed 3 months ... and all that i see when i try to change my region gives error: There is a problem completing 
your move now. Region Change Please check the support page to make sure it will work for you, and try again later.

can someone help me to change the region

Ah. I thought you ment through the Xbox360 Console.

Try logging out and deleting your cache and cookies.

Then it is just a system error. It could probably fix itself over time.

The problem is that im on the wrong region, and i cant buy anything ... because not all the game will work 100% with the  wrong region.

Some things to clarify

Most of people post here is a players like you helping anothers players (a community help) most are not employ of MS (people has this has S or M in level and in most cases their names starts whif mister or miss.

When you change region you have to pay attetion, because if you mistakes the country you have to wait 3 months and MS system block every try inside that time.

If you whant to fix that before the time of 3 months you have only one solution.

Call your local live support (yes the one you transfer wrong or try the US support), and inform all your problem, if trhey have good will (because if they atend you, they understood your ´problem and make a exception in rules), they will transfer back to where you have account before.

And you have to wait more 3 months to transfer for your "new home".

Try the support phone, they are the only one can resolve before the 3 months "deadline" archive.

Looking into your account, it does indeed show as being over 3 months. At this point, it seems Phone Support will be best equipped to get this resolved for you. They may need to make a slight adjustment to your account.

I called then, and they opened a protocol to investigate why that happenned ... so they told me that they will resolve the problem in 2 weeks. To know that worked they will call or email me.
