region migration

I moved from UK to India for good. I have been trying to change my region code from UK to India for a while now unsuccessfully. Everytime I try it says 'There was an error and your move was not completed this time. Please try again later'. Its the same error message every time.

I am a Xbox live silver member and I don't have any payment detail setup.

Please help

Specifically the section about things that could prevent you from doing a migration.  Do any apply to you?

If not, perhaps give support a call by clicking the Contact Us link about the bottom of the page.  They could do a manual transfer for you if you're having issues doing it online.
