Region Migration, now a big Problem with Xbox One

Yesterday i tried to bring my migrate Region from Germany to Austria, i read about it and i click on accept and choose the Region for the migration, but then the Website told me there was a Problem and i cannot change the Region. A little bit later, i get 2 Messages from Microsoft that the Region was changed and the "GOLD Status" became a " Xbox LIVE Subscription Transfer" for 12 Months. Everythings alright, i thought.

So Today i want to play with my Xbox one, so i start and then i get a message that i have to accept the "new conditions" and i accept. Then i played a game on Battlefield 4 and then my Console brought me to the Dashboard and logs me out. I've just played and my Xbox One kicked me out. So i log me back in and then the message with the -new conditions- came back. I tried to remove my Profile from the One and then i register again, the same Problems. I cannot play online anymore, moment i cannot play everything because my Xbox kick me out from every game. 

And sometimes i use any Live Objekt like Store or Movies, my Xbox kicks me out and brings me a malfunction with Errorcode: 0x8015dc0a, i googled and i found nothing, really nothing. By the way in the Xbox One Settings in the Payment Options are still the old Address in Germany.

Friend, I'm from Brazil, and I'm having the same problem as your just like!

My account was American, and I migrated to Brazilian account, and since the day 02.15.2014 I can not stay connected. And always appearing this damn error!

Also looked anything about this error on the internet and 0x8015dc0a not found any information. I'll add you as a friend so we can solve this problem.

Also tried to find this code by xboxcom / error and nothing there!

fyi from the forum posting you did it less then a couple days ago

migration can take upto 30days to complete

however you can try and delete profile and clear system cache and download your profile again

if that doesnt work contact support to see if there is any issues preventing the move

Help me understand what you guys are referring to. Are you playing on Xbox One, but completing the region migration on the website?

support.xbox.com/.../change-region <-Is this what you are referring to?

Or did you simply change the locale of your console? support.xbox.com/.../system-settings

My suspicion is that you mean the first one....

I have the same problem.

I'm from Brazil and i was migrate region from brazil to usa. Appeared a error and i have every time in xbox 360, xbox one and when i sign in xbox.com accept the terms and conditions...i can't play anymore, every rime in xbox one kicked me out to accept the term and conditions...

I tried everything: install again the system (with LB, LR, X, LB, LR and X), delete and download the profile, clean the cach....nothing works for me

lol same damn problems with me as well contacted support they claim account migration works perfectly fine with the xbox one but clearly it doesn't.

Hi, i read your migration problem with xbox live account. Yesterday i change my UK on U.S. and now i have same problem with this. Did you manage to fix it?

Entre no site xbox.com.

Vá até o rodapé do site e clique sobre o nome do país em que vc está conectado

Altere para o país no qual sua conta pertencia antes da migração (ou EUA, caso não funcione)

Sai do seu perfil e entre novamente, agora pelo pais de origem da sua conta

Aceite os termos de uso novamente e espere a página carregar completamente.

Depois disso, os termos de uso deixaram de aparecer pra mim nos sites do Xbox.

Ainda não tive tempo de testar direto no Xbox One, portanto me desculpem se não funcionar (tambem estou com o problema... rs)

contact support if you are past 30days after your migration

if not wait till the 30days are up
