Recovering profile gives wrong account

Hello there.

I have recently bought a new xbox 360.

I have sold my other one, because it was old and did not work as good as i had hoped. So i got the slim one.

I have tried to recover my account, with [REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR WLID] as email, and it gives me this account.

This account is not the account i want, as my main account is "Traktor Arne"

On the email i used, stated above, i get emails from xbox.com to "Traktor Arne" giving me offers and stuff.

I really really want to get my account back in, so is there a way i can tell you some information that is on the account and i would get it back?

As i have sold my other xbox there is no way for me to log in the account on the main xbox. I have used my old hardrive, and transfered the account over to my SLIM, but still it wont work. Please help.

Firstly please do not give out your personal information on the forums, you never know who is hanging around here.

Please take a look at the following link

It seems you have maybe used the wrong windows live ID information to recover your account or something along those lines.

Gaming, something all gamers do, no matter which system they use.

Thanks for your feedback.

Navigate to the Settings Hub (far right on the dashboard) and select Account.

Navigate to the Your Information panel, select Windows Live ID.

I cannot press the Account tab as i am not connected to XBL on it, because if i wanna connect to XBL, i need to recover it..
