Please try the following > Clear your XBOX 360's System Cache by following the directions on this page:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache. You can also try to delete your XBOX Gamertag Profile off of your XBOX 360 and then recover it again, you can follow the directions to do so on this page >
support.xbox.com/.../gamer-profile. Let us know if this fixed the problem for you.
