Reading is very different from comprehending.

No Temo....their Terms of Use DO NOT say "they are not required nor obligated to tell anyone anything in regards to not being able to access the service with either their account or console. And we all agreed to it. They have already stated they do not discuss console bans"

Their TOU state that they can cancel your service at any time without notice for any reason, where in there does it say they are not obligated to tell you why?  How do you know that termination of service was not due to discrimination which would be a violation of your civil rights.  Therefore in order for them to prove that you were not discriminated against they would have to provide you with a reason and supporting evidence.  Their Console Suspension Policy states that there is "no recourse for Terms of Use violations", if you believe the Terms of Use were not violated then there IS recourse and since they have already admitted in their own TOU that "computer and telecommunications systems are not fault free" we as a consumer have every right to challenge the systems they have in place to detect for violations.  Since they also do not guarantee in their own TOU that their systems are secure we also have a right to assure that our alleged breech of their TOU was not due to a security breech.  Though you may be able to read Temo.... your comprehension is lacking.

Lets be honest, we are not going to get anywhere with these middle men (or women.. middle people?)  quoting their manuals. They have no authority whatsoever: All they can do is read the stuff they are given and spout it out time and again. But with people of the right level of authority this could be solved in a pen stroke.. I am sick to my back teeth of talking about this and getting nowhere. Has Anybody got any suggestions on how we get a fair shake with some probably very reasonable person at Microsoft who can actually cut thru all the BS and do something about this? And dont tell me thats not possible...... It is 100 % possible and from a PR point of view it would be a very wise move.

So if any of you MS employees out there can help and earn a few brownie points please..... is this any way to treat paying customers who have done nothing wrong? You should know software goes wrong just like anything else. Please make amends to your loyal customers It will pay back 1000% compared to the present course of action. You will turn hundreds of disaffected customers into your most loyal supporters. I do not live in the USA so I am a bit removed from the action. What is the MS organisation? Who is the head honcho who is probably not being informed  about this obvious *** up that his (or her) staff are keeping quiet about. I know how office politics work....

There is no recourse for console bans. The only information you will ever get, no matter how many threads you start, and no matter how many threads you reply to.

www.xbox.com/.../consoleban

That's it, and that's all.
