re new

i called the tech support to cancel my xbox live account and now i want to re new it with the same credit card and it is a valid card, but now it wont let me no matter what i do.. and of course at this current time the support line is not available to call do i have to call or am i missing something?

Hey there, what is the exact error message/code you're receiving when trying to re-use that card? Also, have you checked https://billing.microsoft.com to see if there are any outstanding chargers on the account, or contacted your bank about the issue?
