Thanks for posting a link to the XL webpage telling me there's an error, but no actual explanation is as to why we can't connect...

I think it probably has something to do with the newest update... No Fun :/ seeing as how i just bought a 12 month only a few days ago...

What is really causing the issue, is what i'm sure people want to know.
