re: Console motion sensor on/off button doesn't work after power outage

My son was playing the xbox one the other day when there was a brief power outage.  When the system restarted, the buttons on the console wouldn't work.  He has to power on and off using the controller.  Also a game disc is stuck in the console and he is unable to eject it.  Can't do a forced shutdown because none of the buttons work.  Everything was working fine before the power went out.  Any advice would be appreciated.  I have a very frustrated 13 year old.  Thanks!

Hey there! Head into Settings, Power, Turn Xbox off and when it is fully powered down, unplug the power cord from the console for about 3 minutes. Try again, and make sure it is plugged directly into the wall, not a power strip.
