Re-Activation E-mail

How long does it take to get an e-mail after the investigation is over?  I noticed on Sunday that my account was no longer suspended, and my gold was re enabled.  I called into support asking them about this, and the lady mentioned they couldn't use my e-mail (it's the 3rd time I've called and I've had to give an e-mail each time).  So I gave them completely different one this time.  She didn't say how long it would take.  Been 14 days since I first reported the hack, really want my XBL back

Hi there, DocJigowatt. I would have said that the minimum waiting time for an investingation to be complete is around 2 weeks. All we can do here is suggest you sit tight a little longer (a couple more days) and if you still haven't recieved anything after that contact support again. I can understand that you may be frustrated at this point but the support team wont release your account until it's 100% secure and back in working order.

thanks for the response, I just figured since my account was no longer suspended and it said enabled, it was done, and just waiting for the e-mail...

In the e-mails do they usually have a code for the lost points?  Or do they have to put that in there themselves?  Thanks

In regards to the lost points - If the support team have recognised you having lost points during the time of when your account became compromised then yes, they will send you an email with attached codes for the points. :)

Sorry to bump this again, but I just want to vent....

I wish the support team could give you a straight answer on what's going on.  I've probably called 6 times over the past 18 days and I get a different answer almost everytime.  It's either not a correct e-mail, they're still working on it, or the e-mail is waiting to be sent.  

I called yesterday thinking I was getting my e-mail soon, well the lady said they were still working on it, wth, on Sunday I was told they didn't have an e-mail they could use to send it, and now it's back to still being worked on?  This is probably the most frustrating part of the process, not the length, but the not knowing exactly what's going on

I would like to add that the support people that I've talked to have been very nice and have tried to find something out, I realize it's not their fault they don't know, and they can only tell me what they know, so kudos to them.

lol, what the heck is going on...when I first made this thread, I mentioned how my xbl status was showing enabled instead of suspended, so I assumed I was getting my account back soon.  Well, now it's showing suspended again, guess I'm calling AGAIN tomorrow.  Will make it call number 6 or 7 in 21 days, unreal

this is Doc...

I got an e-mail stating that the team is just NOW investigating my UA (what was going on the past 21 days I dunno), but anyways, why can't I log in to xbox.com with it?  When I went to sign in with my windows live ID it acted like it never existed and it signed me up for a free silver account with it.  Is my profile/GT still there?
