Hey. I recently tried to buy 200 msp and it just keeps saying "Your payment instrument could not be authorized. Please contact your provider, or try a different payment option."

I've tryed paypal, it has money, but it's in my mothers name, not mine.

I've tryed attaching her mastercard and everything and still basically the same information.

Try purchasing on Xbox.com, it happens quite a bit to me, annoyingly, and my card is attached to a Family Pack. Everytime I get that message on the console I can purchase on xbox.com. Right now calling support would not be a great idea I think they're swamped.
