"Your gamer profile does not have the correct permission to access xbox live functionality"

I got that error on NHL13 when trying to access online. I researched for it and found out many having same problem with EA-games.

If you trying to play online using this profile here ( ilyilyilyilyily ) there´s nothing wrong. The problem is that this is not  a Gold account.

Only Gold members are able to play games over xbox live.

To upgrade your current membership to gold status, visit this page :

www.xbox.com/.../join

I know that but I found many people having same problem even they buy it and I'm not buying it unless this is fixed.. Here is what I found:

Hi there!  Do you get any specific 8-digit error code with that top message you receive?  Or any mention of NAT errors?  Those answers will help us determine where we need to go from here, but one thing to start with is try to re-download your profile through the Sign In screen.
