"Your acvount has been temporark ly suspended until you update your payment option."

I've tried doing this numerous times already but to no avail.  The account that I use has sufficient funds in it, but I can't  fix this problem and my account has yet to be renewed.  Is anyone else having the same problem.

I "had" a gold membership but when i went to renew it, it said my account has been temporarily suspended until you update payment option

it's happening to me as well. I can't add pre-paid codes nor remove any existing payment options. Everytime I try to to change it on the website I get an error.

This issue can only be resolved by calling phone support and speaking to the billing department.

I would call, but from what I've been hearing, I'd rather not sit on hold for over an hour to no avail or be told there's nothing they can do.
