I am currently trying to update my Parent Email with a new, valid one.
When I enter the Email, Password, and information, everything works fine until I get to the Policy Agreement to finalize the updated Information.
When I hit "Accept", it will load for a second, giving me hope, then stop and say "Xbox Live Sign-Up is currently unavailable. Please try again later." and return me to the homescreen, stopping me from being able to complete this simple task.
As I cannot update the info online, doing this over Xbox seems to be the only way, but the connection to Xbox Live must be bugged or something as it is stopping me from doing so.
I have tested connection several times, everything is good. I have cleared my cache more than enough, yet still nothing.
