"Uh oh, that shouldn't have happened..."

This is the message I get when I try to add one months gold subscription. I've been tryin for two days. Is there anyone I can call, because this is getting annyoing.

Hey there Rustning! Before you call Phone Support, we have a few things for you to try first. Can you visit billing.microsoft.com and confirm that your payment details are correct? Have you also tried on your console? If so and you receive an error message, what is the exact message displayed? That would help us narrow down the exact issue. Finally, have you tried another payment instrument?
