Why am I getting this message when I try to upgrade to Gold?
After researching, I've found many other people with the same problem.
What's Microsoft doing to fix?
Isn't MS a technology company, isn't this kind of stuff what your experts work on all day?
Then why has this been an ongoing problem FOR OVER ONE MONTH?
DEFINITELY disruptive to the user experience ... we're about ready to give up and tell our kids to forget XBox live!
I have to imagine MS is losing a significant amount of potential sales from frustrated parents who give up.
