Hey, can't seem to get on Xbox Live because of this message re: my subscription payments. I added a new card to my account because of fraud charges of my last one. It may have been on the exact same day as the monthly bill was to be debited from my account, so I assume there is an issue when deleting the subscription card and adding a new one to my profile. How can I resolve this issue to get my account going so I can log into Xbox Live and play? Thanks!
