"This console can't play until your subscription payments are up to date" message...

Hey, can't seem to get on Xbox Live because of this message re: my subscription payments. I added a new card to my account because of fraud charges of my last one. It may have been on the exact same day as the monthly bill was to be debited from my account, so I assume there is an issue when deleting the subscription card and adding a new one to my profile. How can I resolve this issue to get my account going so I can log into Xbox Live and play? Thanks!

You can try signing into your account here on xbox.com and managing your payment options to change the card on file, but you may still need too I'm sorry but calling support at this moment is no longer available until 6am PST.

Did you ever get it figured out?? I'm having the same exact issue and it will not allow me to even pay the 14.99 to get back on?

I am having BIG trouble with this right now, My credit card was scammed, so i got a new one and for a while, it was ok but one day, after freezing while playing BattleField 3, my Xbox has that exact same error message... tried changing methods of payment...

Yeah, just give em a call and they will take your new card and update your account and you'll be able to play immediately within a min or 2. Call to make sure. Only reason I posted on here was because when I called Xbox Live department the first time, some guy told me it was happening because of server issues which was total BS and he knew it, then just hung up. But then again, I've hung up on callers when working fora  video game company, haaa. Thankfully someone smart answered the next time.
