"There was a problem adding them to your Gold Family Pack"

blood bath magr is in the family, but there was a problem adding them to your gold Family Pack.  Try adding them again later.

Until you add them to your Gold Family Pack, blood bath magr will not have access to any Gold Family Pack features.

This is wonderful, but

1) I'm sucessfully connected to Xbox Live, so it isn't connection

2) This is after a "Promote to Adult" mistake where we had to wait 5 days for a mistake

3) We have tried this for the past 3 days

Hi there.

 

The xbox LIVE service was recently under a service alert which related to account issues, this could have been the reason to why you had trouble adding someone to your family pack.

 

For future reference it is a good idea to take a look at the xbox LIVE service alert page, as it could outline what is causing the problem.

I'm currently having this issue when I add a specific member, but I can add a different member successfully.  Both names are on the console that I'm doing this from.
