"The saved data we have in the cloud is different to the data on this Xbox"

I keep getting this message when loading up Ghosts. It then asks me to choose between data on "this console" which it says it older, or data from Xbox LIVE which it says is newer. This problem started after the LIVE problems a few days ago. It does not happen every time, but more often than not it does happen. Has anyone else got this problem?

Mine started today when I added another account.  I used the same details I use for my active account and after that everything changed .. my degital games were rebooted and I had to start from level 1. Some are asking to sync and after they do they ask me that cloud question ..

I don't know which one to pick . Am confused ..
