"Sorry, Xbox LIVE Profiles can't be downloaded right now' (80070005)

I was last on the xbox playing around 2 days ago (Cod4)

Today I go to my xbox turn it on and it turns out my profile isn't on my xbox any more, usually It automatically signs my profile into xbox live.

So I go to download my profile again, I sign in and everything then it says, ' Hello Mount Eden x ' and the bar under it gets to around 1/4 of the way to then end then this pops up

'Sorry, Xbox LIVE Profiles can't be downloaded right now' (80070005)

Right now I'm worried that my account has been lost forever or hacked, I've put so much work into this account that if it gets lost by some 'error' I'm going to be pissed off.

Now can someone who has or knows info about this problem reply please.

If you feel your account was breached, please call Xbox Support @ 1-800-469-9269 for the US and Canada.

In the meantime, delete the profile. (If it was partially downloaded it, delete it. Profile only!) Try re-downloading it at a later time.

Got the AUS / NZ number by any chance? P.S It doesn't show any signs of this profile ever being on my xbox :(

Hello Mount Eden x,

It seems that there is a problem with your profile being corrupted on the console. If phone support hasn't already assisted you please follow the instructions below and hopefully this fixes your issue.

Please go to your XBOX 360 Dashboard > Settings > System > Storage > Hard Drive > Gamer Profiles > Locate the corrupted profile (looks like a yellow icon with a !) > Press A and Delete the profile > You will get a message that asks you if you'd like to "Delete Profile Only" or "Delete Profile and Items", make sure you select "Delete Profile Only".

Once that's done, push the middle button on your XBOX 360 controller and go to Download Profile, enter in your details again and it should complete successfully this time around.

I cant find any yellow ! In the storage.. I deleted my profil coz i had issues with loading the profile with bf3 and now i cant download my profile... Plz help me out.... Can i download it through my pc and put it on usb?? I also tried removing the HDD and using an xbox usb but didnt work plz i need help microsoft
