I spent a well-full amount of hours preparing a new, proper working Windows Live ID so I will be able to change my Xbox Live account over to my new Windows Live ID. I made sure I signed in my ID on account.live.com and set up my personal info and everything that needed to be filled in. I worked my way over to the "Change Microsoft ID" on my Xbox, entered my password in for my current linked account, inputted my new Live ID and password correctly. I was prompted to confirm my actions and shown that when I changed my account, if I did, my Microsoft Points will be transferred to my new account. All I had to do was click on "Yes, change". When I had done so, I was now prompted with an Error saying "Sorry, we can't change your Microsoft account right now". It had gave me a link to find more info upon this error, so I logged on my computer, went through the whole page reading why this has happened. I knew that my account has never been changes, and if it has, I'm aware it has been way passes 30 days upon the change to where I could change the account again. I need to know how I can fix this. My Xbox won't let me do anything towards my account. I can access my old email and everything, but doing that has gotten my nothing. Inform me how I can fix this!
