"sorry, something's wrong with your account"

When I tried to play the World of Tanks beta this afternoon my xbox promoted me to re-enter my account info to sign in. After doing so my xbox gave me a message saying "Sorry, something is wrong with your Microsoft account. Go to http://account.live.com for help. Code: 831188FE. I I went to account.live.com for help with the error code. The customer service rep walked me through all these steps to clear my profile and the cache but none of it helped. 

Any ideas?

Really sorry to hear you're still having issues with your account.

I would highly recommend getting back in touch with Phone Support and speaking with an Advocacy Team. Let them know the steps that you've tried and that the profile is still giving you that error. They would be best equipped moving forward to help you look into your account and see where the error may be occurring.

Everyday since I first started having these problems I try all of these steps, the same steps the rep told me as well with no results. Today it started to load my profile but stop a few seconds in and gave me the error code  80151012 .

I guess that's progress but  it's not worth the price I'm being charged for my gold subscription.

Yes that what the first thing I did..got the recovery email sent to me and did all the instructions, along with everything else I've tried..

To resolve this problem, try to reset the password for your Microsoft account:

1.Go to the Reset your password page.

2.Click to select I think someone else is using my Microsoft account.

3.Click Reset your password.

4.Enter your Microsoft account name.

5.Type the characters you see in the picture.

6.Click Next.

7.Click Customer support.

8.When Customer support appears, click it.

9.Enter the Microsoft account that you are trying to recover.

10.Enter your contact email address.

11.Click Continue.

12.Validate your identity by providing as much information as you can on the Microsoft account recovery page.

13.Follow the instructions to finish.

I can't respond to your messages..not a gold member lol..was trying to go back to gold before all this happened and download the gta5 dlc..this is just really frustrating, been a week dealing with this..first had to reset passwords n stuff cuz I hasn't used xbox live since security proofs were added , but not this problem..support can't help so far either..told me to go to account.live.com to the help center and send a email to a rep about my acct being temporarily blocked..but can't find what he was tellin me about at all.

Ya I tried what u said, didn't work..I'm on my mobile so I dunno if ill be able to chat..the error is saying..sorry, somethings wrong with your Microsoft acct, go to account.live.com for help..code 80151012..
