"Problem with my connection" after XBL update

Evrey time I try to sing in to xbox live a window pops up and tells me something is wrong with my connection, Ive tested my connection about 30 times, I reset my router about 5 times and nothing seems to work, also my computers are running on the same conenction so I dont think my connection is the problem, someone who had this same issue and fixed it please help me

It happened to me also right after I got home to update it. I'll try and help you to see if you have the same problem as I did. Okay so first did it start connecting to the first two steps but couldn't connect to "Xbox Live"?

It starts connecting from the Xbox to my router and after 10 seconds it stops and it says theres a problem with my connection, I think Ive tried almost evreything, including the "Restore to Factory Defaults" button, I even called to get assistance but the guy who answered left me on hold and its been more than an hour since he answered, great service
