Today something really weird happened and I also talked to an Ambassador about it.
I bought Gold and it didn't really work, I entered something wrong. So, XBOX tells me to go to: "xbox.com/myaccount" and log in. Which I did.
I see my Gamerscore, my unread messages, my Points, Gold Member and "My Account"-Button.
I click on it and get a message:
"That should not have happened!
You obviously found an error in the system.
The Ambassador said it seems like Microsoft blocked the Support for me, which doesn't make any sense to me.
Does anyone know how to fix it?
