"It appears you've found a glitch in the system", can't access "My Account".

While logged in, every time I try click on the link to My Account I get the following error page.  I am unable to manage payment options 

or pretty much any aspect of my account.

try this link http://billing.microsoft.com to manage your payment options, it ofter still works when 'My account' on xbox.com fails.

If that also fails, be sure to contact Xbox Support via support.xbox.com/contact-us
