"It appears you've found a glitch in the system"

Got this when trying to access "My Account"

The credit card I used to pay for the membership is lost, so my dad had to cancel the card and get a new one.

I added another credit card, but I can't remove the other one, or change it so this one is the one used without getting into My Account, but that keeps coming up.

Any suggestions?

I've cleared Cookies, and tried different browsers, still doesn't work.

first check if you update the payment options here: http://billing.microsoft.com. if that isn't working or didn't solve the issue, you will need to contact Xbox support, you can do this via support.xbox.com/contact-us

You are in billing suspension or decline, and you have to call support to get it resolved.

If you are not able to get into your account on the console or on Xbox.com I would suggest contacting Xbox Support by phone they will be able to help you out.
