"disc is unreadable"

So whenever I go to play a game on my Xbox 360 slim it always says "open tray" so I open and close it a good 20 times before it finally says "play game". Now when the game starts up it will play for about 2 minutes before saying "the disc is unreadable". Now it's not just one game it happens for every single one of my games? I've never had this before it just recently started happening? Any help is appreciated! :)

Yeah I looked at that and none of those work. I'm thinking I'll have to take it in to get it fixed or buy a new console.

If none worked, it's likely that it needs repairs.
