Question

Yesterday I got an email saying my membership was cancelled but I never cancelled anything and the email said it was cancelled a day after the day I got the email. Please help I don't know what to do?

If you had auto renew turned off, it would have cancelled automatically. Usually the only other time it cancels if support receives a call or it was suspended for non-payment for a certain length of time.
