Question about retrieving account coding?

I've seen online that many forum users can display their xboxlive gamer card.  The community that I'm involved in has done this with our forums.  What I'd like to know is if there is a way to retrieve two things that could be shown on our IPBoard site.  I'm interested in retrieving the current game being played, as well as the current player status.

Here is my goal.  I imagine a list where every member of our community can go and look to see what the entire community is doing on the xbox.  This way, they can invite members who arent even on their friends list, and will ALWAYS have someone to play with.

So, here is an example of what I would like to see on the list.

Gaming Community Activity List

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2
Player1 is playing Team Deathmatch on Fakemap
Player79 is playing Search on Fakemap2
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3
Player 51 is playing Team Deathmatch on Mission
Halo 4
Player 17 is playing on Forge
etc....
Anyone who is an active member of the community would show up on this list, unless of course they were showing offline.  I would organize it by game, then alphabetically per game.  Our community has about 500 members currently, so I could see this list being quite full, and resourceful.  I also would allow users to opt out of ever showing up on here as well, for privacy reasons.  And again, only for members signed up on our forums.
Like I said, this may be wishful thinking, but if it can be implemented, not only will it draw people to our site, but it will unite many members who dont have the latest/greatest game, or currently dont want to play that game.  I picture people playing relatively unpopular games like Fifa, or NBA2k, or whatever, and not having a single person on their friends list who play that game.  However, if they could come on the site briefly, they could tell if any single member of our community was playing it, and invite them.
Its a long shot asking if you can provide a method for me, but its for a great cause, at least for the xbox community, and for our gaming community as well.

Thank you for your time!

Nope.

If one person is granted permission, then everyone would have to be granted permission.

This causes severe unsolicited use of xbox's bandwidth and servers without MS permission.

If you want to use your gamergard info, you need to manually input it yourself.
