Question about replacement console.

I currently have been experiencing the issue where my xbox is not recognizing the discs sometimes.  It doesn't happen all the time but occasionally when I put a disc in, it doesn't do anything.  Doesn't even spin.  My question is:  If I get a replacement console will I lose all my saves? Or will I be able to get them back with the cloud.  Also, do I need to wipe all my info off of the xbox that I send in for repair?

All games saves are saved on the cloud. All you need to do when you get your newly fixed/new system just import your account again and you should be fine. You do note need to wipe your HDD on your Xbox One before shipping it as well.

When you ship your system out to Microsoft to fix they usually either fix the system itself and send it back or send you a new system and your old one will get wiped and refurbished.
