question about account

My account was recently accessed by an unauthorized party, I recovered it, changed info etc. and talked to a service rep on the phone who said an investigation would happen and my account would be frozen for 3 weeks or so. My account hasn't been frozen yet though and I wondered if it normally takes a few days (been about 36 hours since I talked to him) or if there was a problem with the investigation starting. Any info would be appreciated.

If it hasn't started, then you should probably call support back about it. They should start the investigation as soon as you call.
