Purchased Gold Family Membership but can't add family members

I just purchased a Gold Family Membership but when I go to Family settings under the profile I purchased the membership with all I see is a Content Controls Screen and not a Add Family Member Option as indicated in the support area. Is something wrong with my account or am I looking in the wrong place?

You want to be looking for the Family Center, it appears under the Xbox Live tab from this site, top of the screen on the left, green bar. You can also find it under the Settings tab on the console, Under the Family tile. Here's a link! support.xbox.com/.../managing-family-members

Hi ,as you only just upgraded to the family pack it can take a while to update your account details, this can be speeded up by doing the Xbox Live connection test on the console.

-

1.Press the Guide button on your controller (Xbox button in the centre of your controller).

2.Go to Settings and then select System Settings.

3.Select Network Settings.

4.Select your network connection.

5.Select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

Also, if you upgraded on xbox.com whilst signed in on the console, it might never update until you delete and download your profile, two copies of the profile exist, and the one on the console won't update on it's own. Here are the steps. support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete
