Please go to account.live.com/proofs and then make sure that you've added 2 proofs (an alternate email and an alternate phone number or 2 alternate emails or 2 phone numbers). These should have not been used when you first registered your account. Have these
Btw, make sure you do not sign up for Two Step Verification as this will require you to use an App Password when signing on the console.
After that you'll need to do go to your console and then delete your profile. Make sure you choose DELETE PROFILE ONLY. Restart the console and then download your profile. That should do the trick.
