Every once and a while my xbox tells me my proofs are bad and asks me if i can recieve emails at a certian email address. I no longer have that email address. I tried to log into my microsoft account to delete it but when i do it wants another email address to send a code to but when i add my new email address it refuses it . Do i have to start a 3rd email address to so i can access my account and delete my old email . WTF ! Does microsoft have a help line for xbox live ?
