I recently tried logging on my xbl account and was asked to access my email that i originally sign in with years
ago. This email account expired so I was asked to create another and did so. Now its saying I cant access my
account for another month!!! This is unacceptable. I have my old password and it still wants me to check my
email that no longer exist for a passcode. Waiting a month for my accout to switch to another email is ridiculous
and cost me a month on my gold account. I have all my id and passwords available and ask that tech support
help me to fix this please.
