profile data problem

Existing player profile data appers to be damaged and cannot be used .

What this problem mins ? i cannot normally start whit battlefield 3 .

Please check your BF3 files for any corrupted files.

Please do following:

1. On Xbox Home, go to Settings and then select System.

2. Then go to Storage and then select Hard Drive (HDD ( if you have stored your files on your HDD. If not, select another associated device).

3. Go to Games and Apps and select Battlefield 3.

4. Scroll down and look for a corrupted dile with a yellow exclamation.
