Profile created on Xbox not signed up with mircosoft account issues

As forementioned I created a profile on my Xbox 360 (after my original corrupted) and now have gold membership for it.
I, however, cannot use any online features because I must sign into my mircosoft account. And to sign up/ change my account I have to be signed into Xbox live.
About to smash my xbox to tiny little bits because I've put money into my gold account and not wasting it for anything.

Any help would be nice, and to any Mircosoft workers out there, this is a problem and I am hardly to stay with this companies products with all these constant problems

Sorry to hear about the account troubles. Let's see what we can do.

So you have a Gold membership on your account, but cannot use any online features, and cannot recall the Microsoft Account details? What is the GT in question here?
