Product shipped back to customer?

I sent my xbox one to microsoft a couple weeks ago so they could repair it and last wednesday (July 1) the service center website said "product shipped to customer" but Fedex didn't have any tracking information. Now it is Monday (July 6) and they still dont have the tracking info. What's going on?

Sorry you're having some issues tracking your Console that you sent in. Try using the link below to see if you get any detailed information on where the product is located. If you cannot find that there, then I would suggest contacting support as they would be the only ones to get tracking infromation if it's not listed in the Service Center.

Note It can take up to seven days for the shipping status to update on the carrier’s website. If you don’t see any status changes on your shipment after this time, contact Xbox Support
