Hey!  I have had an Xbox 360 for a couple years and just recently but the code for Xbox Live Gold.  I went to redeem a code and it asked me to sign in.  I used my first name, my hotmail email address, and the correct password.  It states that that email address is already being used by an Xbox Live Profile.  I have never used or signed up for Xbox Live before.  So, my boyfriend set up an account and verified the account through his email and it is stating that he doesn't have an account when he just set one up.  Now, he is locked out for trying to many times.  WHAT IS GOING ON?  It shouldn't be this difficult right?
