Problems with the activation of a payment card

Hello, I have a problem with the activation of a payment card for 2100 Points. He writes that the code has already been used, was purchased today. HELP!

What do you mean "he writes"?  Are you talking about a message on the console?  Did you get the card and give it to a friend on your list and he's sending you this message?

Either way, the best you could do is to contact support or attempt to return it to the store you bought it from.  Although, I don't think you'll be able to get any help from either source.
