I turn on xbox 360 console. I wait for it to turn on and auto connect to xbox live. Then, it signs me in system as user, but dosen't connect to xbox live..but all xbox live tabs and content are displayed?!? So, I click on "netflix" and it comes up with "must update payment method to continue". So I go online here to xbox.com, and sign in and click on "my account" tab and get a message that says: "oops, that wasn't supposed to hapen, looks like you've found a glitch in our system" !!!!! This is day 2 of this going on..been waiting for it to "clear up"...this has hapened before, where it says that I need to upgrade/renew to gold membership but problem is that my membership isn't expired! what do i do? I just want to be able to watch netflix with my kids!!!!
