Problems with account

Hello XBOX.

Sorry to say but I have had money taken from my account adding up to £5.99. I'm not sure but I think it was XBOX trying to re new my gold membership. I had cancelled my account, making it silver again when my current sub time ran out on the 5th Sept 2011. Today, I checked my bank account details to try and see if it was successful. Apparently not. I have had £5.99 taken from my account and I am still a silver member.

I don't know what to do and would like to get help from a Support member please. It is a serious issue as it concerns my bank account and direct debit. Please reply through this or via email as I would like the matter attended to immediately.

You can check your account at https://billing.microsoft.com to see what the charge was for. Phone support are the only ones who can help with billing issues though, so you'll have to give them a call.
