Problems purchasing Xbox Live Gold membership for 33% off

So, multiple times over the past week, I have tried to purchase the deal to get an Xbox Live 1 Year Gold membership for 33% off.  Every time that I tried to get it, I would choose "Confirm Purchase" and it would tell me that the Xbox Live service couldn't be reached.  This was weird because i was already signed into Live so I have no idea why it kept telling me this.  I went to try it again today, and I can't find it anywhere, not even on Xbox's website.  And of course, my subscription ends tomorrow.  Is there any way I could still get this deal?

Hey K1NG, I'm really sorry to hear about the purchasing issues! Unfortunately, dashboard promotions are subject to change at any time, so if it's no longer listed, it may no longer be available. It's possible that this was a connection issue, however--do you have any other issues using the LIVE service?

I had the same problem with the advert but no error message. (Red one in the middle of the home screen?). Called microsoft. Nice guy but no fix.

On my Xbox it states the offer expires on 09/15/2017.
