Problemas na migração da Live

Quando criei minha conta na Xbox Live, escolhi a BR ( Mesmo já sabendo que a Live US era melhor )

Mas aí queria migrar minha conta na Live BR para a Live US.

Fiz os procedimentos mas não apareceu nenhuma mensagem de término de operação.

Apertei em cancelar e fui ver se já tinha migrado, Aí apareceu a seguinte mensagem: Xbox Live Subscription Transfer, então tentei fazer a operação novamente e deu erro.

         Me ajudem

TRANSLATION

So it appears you changed your region back in late September. Unfortunately, you will not be able to change it again until 90 days from that date.
