Problemas al registrarme en Xbox Live Rewards

Que tal amigos, tengo un problema el cual no eh podido solucionar, al querer registrarme a a Xbox Live rewards no puedo hacerlo ya que me indica que por mi edad no puedo ingresar, ya verifique que la cuenta tenga mi edad, asi como el Xbox esta en mi perfil como Adulto, alguien que me pudiera ayudar?

Gracias SMX, pero en la cuenta si tengo mi fecha de nacimiento correcta, hay mails que no cumplen con la edad, o a que te refieres?

No SMX. soy mayor de edad y la edad que esta dada de alta en el mail es la mia de 1979, y en la configuracion de Xbox lo tengo como Adulto. No se si tenga que ver que mi cuenta de Xbox es de Gmail y no de hotmail

Amigo tengo el mismo problema si encuentras la solucion xfa dimela y si la encuentro te la paso

Lo que sucede yo lo acabo de ver es que tiene como que un problema el soporte por una actualización algo asi lo lei en una respuesta de el mismo soporte que no tienen tiempo para solucionar el problema

Y si tienes gold de por lo menos 3 meses? por que luego en las cuentas de un mes, no aplica lo de rewards.
