Problemas al agregar usuarios a mi paquete familiar :(

Mi hermano compro el paquete familiar, pero al momento te agregar mi perfil sale un mensaje que dice 'No se puede iniciar sesión utilizando tu cuenta microsoft. Vuelve a intentarlo. Si el problema continua, ve a https://accounts.live.com' alguien sabe como solucionar esto? :( se los agradecería mucho :(

ok hay varas cosas que deben hacer

cuando les dice que la cuenta no se puede agregar es que deben actualizar los datos de facturacion o sea direccion

-

otra es que para agregarlos al pack deben de descargar ese perfil en la consola que se hizo el pack y desde ahi agregarlo al pack

-

para poder ayudarlos mas si nos dan mas detalles es mas facil encontra la solucion

yo descargue los perfiles de mis primos, pero no puedo agregarlos, me sale el mismo error, meto sus datos y a la hora de dar SI no se puede, los perfiles estan descargados, es la contraseña correcta, etc. creo que uno de los problemas con uno de ellos es que es menor de edad segun leí ese es otro procedimiento, pero no se que se tiene que hacer. mi otro primo es mayor de edad pero a el tampoco lo puedo agregar, la direccion no se si sea el problema porque mi hermana me agrego y yo tengo una dirección diferente a la de ella en mis datos. si pudieran ayudarme se los agradeceria

CREO QUE TODOS TIENEN EL MISMO EL PROBLEMA A MI ME PASO LO MISMO SOLO CAMBIA LA CONTRASE:A DEL HOTMAIL DE LA CUENTA QUE AGREGARAS Y LISTO SE QUITA EL PROBLEMA!!!

Tambien que chequen si el titular de la cuenta es de la misma region (perfil) que el de los demas... Si no tienen la misma region no se podra. Saludos.
