Problem with parrent account

Hi.

I have problem with the account, the problem is that during registration, by mistake, i wrote not correct age(1997 instead of 1987).Then asked to enter registration email of parent, and i introduced it. Now the problem is. I put my money on the account, when i want to spend them, it asks me the password of the parent account. Parental account i deleted. Now i can not spend my money, and can not restore parent account. Can you give me some advice, what to do next ?

The age on the account cannot be changed. The only way to remedy this would be to create a new account with the proper age. Sorry for the confusion!

well you can try phone support and go through a verification proccess maybey but if that fails your screwed altho on the dash board go to inside xbox and go through the school of xbox and find turned 18 it may help but i reccamend phone support
