I got a problem with my storage device and need to send it for repairs, but the instruction manual for sending a 'broken xbox 360' states that you need to remove your hard disk before sending it.
But my local gameshop and I are almost certainly sure it is a problem with the hard disk and it needs to be replaced or repaired.
How could they do it when i must not send the hard disk?
And the receipt states it will be shipped to the czech republic, is that true?
