Would you be able to go through the process again to see if the on-screen error message appears? If so, please provide the full error message a long with any attached error codes here in the thread. Doing so may give "us" as the community a better
understanding of what may be causing the problem, to which someone may be able to help fix this issue.
I am having problems transferring MS points to one of my family members. I have been trying for a couple of weeks and on the website I dont get any error codes or anything, but I do on the 360 (cannot recall what the code was, but there was a previous thread
about it on the old forum).
